
Do you allow Pets?
The Pinnacle Inn does NOT allow pets on the premises. Bylaws of the
Pinnacle Inn Homeowners Association prohibit pets from being on the
Pinnacle Inn property.
Where is the nearest grocery store / shopping center?
Located less than one mile from the Pinnacle Inn, is Fred's General
Mercantile. They have the basic and necessary items that you would
need, as well as a convenient location in reference to the Pinnacle
Inn. There are larger grocery store chains (Food Lion, Lowe's Foods,
and Ingles) within a driving distance of approximately five to seven
miles. The nearest shopping centers (Wal-Mart, Belk's, JCPenney's) are
found in Boone, NC, which is an estimated 30 minute drive from Beech
Mountain.
Are linens and towels provided?
We supply you with an initial linen and towel set up. We do NOT have
daily maid service. We would recommend bringing beach towels if you
plan on using the pool and Jacuzzis. Paper towels and cleaning
supplies are NOT included.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel 31 days prior to
your arrival date, you will be refunded your advance deposit, minus a
$50 Cancellation Fee. If you happen to cancel your reservation 30 days
or less of your arrival date, your advance deposit will be forfeited
entirely.
What are Check-In and Check-Out times?
Guaranteed check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Where do we Check-In?
You will need to check in at the Pinnacle Inn Resort office, located
on the left side of the Driveway entrance to receive your "key" and
gate code.
How many square feet are the condos?
The Two Bedroom condos are 1000 square feet.
What is the Security Deposit?
When booking your reservation, you will be informed of a required
Security and Damage Deposit. This procedure insures that if your party
damages the assigned condo or property, it is your responsibility to
pay for the damages. The Security Deposit amount is $100. The money
will just be held aside for 7-10 days from your departure. If you pay
the Security Deposit with cash, you will be reimbursed with a company
check within 14-30 days from your departure.
When do your rates change?
Our Spring rates typically run from March 15th to May 31st. Summer
rates are June 1st to September 14th, Fall rates are September 15th to
November 14th. Winter Rates are November 15th to March 14th. Dates are
subject to change dependant upon seasonal weather.
Do you provide wood for the fireplace?
We do NOT provide firewood. Firewood may be purchased at the office.
How far away is Ski Beech Resort?
The Pinnacle Inn property is located approximately 1.5 miles (5 minute
driving time) from the entrance to Ski Beech Resort. (SEE SHUTTLE
INFORMATION)
Do you provide Shuttle Service?
Pinnacle Inn does NOT provide shuttle service to Ski Beech. Ski Beech,
however, does have this service available.
Can we grill on the balcony?
Due to Fire Codes, grilling is only permitted in the designated areas.
Outside grills are provided on the property.
How many people are allowed to stay in a villa?
The maximum allowed is (6) people. We will make exceptions for
infants only. Misrepresentation may result in renters being
asked to vacate the property without a refund and the security deposit
will be forfeited. |
